Hi Team,

Many thanks to Ariel for updating the draft in super-fast turn-around time.

I have only reviewed "Section 1: PDP 3.0 Overview" and added a couple of suggested edits.

With the work products included, the final report now runs almost 200-page long :-) so I am still wondering whether there should be an Executive Summary either at the beginning of Section 1 or preceding Section 1. Interested in others' thoughts on the structure of the report.

After the call, staff slightly reorganized the document as follows:
Added the effective time frame for deployment in the table of work products.
Included all work products, including the revised charter template and the proposed update of the GNSO Operating Procedures, in “Section 3: Annex”.

Please provide your final input/feedback by COB Friday, 7 February. The aim is to submit this document for the Council review by Monday, 10 February.

Please focus your review on Section 1 (pp2-7), Section 2 (pp8-12), and Proposed Update of GNSO Operating Procedures (pp155-174).
