The revision attempts to address / reflect the following:

• Relevant content from all of the PDP 3.0 improvement documents
• Comments in the slack channel for charter template revision
• Comments received from the ICANN community (GAC, ALAC, webinar, etc.)
• Original comments / edits by Rafik, Pam, Marika and Berry on the charter template

The redline is a bit overwhelming as there are many changes there, hence the read-only clean version may be easier for your reference. The areas with yellow highlights indicate that the charter drafting team needs to provide specific information, if applicable.
