You responded to the agenda email, but I think it’s safe to assume that you’re referring to the Completion Tracking document? I would note that for context, staff hadn’t anticipated using this as a substitute or competition for the Implementation Plan itself (here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QsZoBxrJc8rq4BcpfQBK-zvxchxIeFRY/edit). The items captured on the Completion Tracking document should be transitory in nature, solely for taking an item through its steps to completion. Once complete, it could be noted as such in the Implementation Plan and disappear from the Completion Tracking doc. At least that was what was in my head :)

Thanks, Steve. This is helpful.  I would, however, suggest we use Google sheets rather than Google docs so we have sortable line items.  I also suggest we have staff lead and team lead in separate columns. Can we also add a status column?  That way we can filter out completed items when done.
