After the call, staff slightly reorganized the document as follows:

• Added the effective time frame for deployment in the table of work products.
• Included all work products, including the revised charter template and the proposed update of the GNSO Operating Procedures, in “Section 3: Annex”.

Please provide your final input/feedback by COB Friday, 7 February. The aim is to submit this document for the Council review by Monday, 10 February.

Please focus your review on Section 1 (pp2-7), Section 2 (pp8-12), and Proposed Update of GNSO Operating Procedures (pp155-174).
