we reached chairs for at least one improvement regarding statement of participation and we had the calls and questionnaire sent to liaisons.

I understand that Jeff is asking to give input in all improvements not just those related to WG leadership . if I take the example of GNSO review working party, it was also formed by small group of SG/C rep to work on the implementations.

as I tried to explain, we are seeing those improvement as candidates to be tested and experimented and then reviewed later in order to be tweaked. our scope is less than PDP 2.0 which made overhaul change of GNSO OP.

We repeatedly say “we need experienced chairs/liaisons to advise”. Blind-sided me a bit as I thought we had reached out & were basing this on experience.

Or maybe that was just an individual perspective?
