Kindly note that in Table 3 (weekly meeting planning), staff have adjusted the draft agenda for the 10 Sep and 17 Sep meetings to accommodate those who will attend the EPDP F2F meeting in LA. As a result, the target delivery date for Package 2 improvements (#11, #12, #14, #16) has been moved to 17/18 Sep.

Please feel free to share your addition comments/questions for the proposed workplan on list. If no objection, the planning for future meetings and the delivery of improvements will proceed according to this workplan. Thank you for your review!
