Per action item, staff developed a draft proposal in consultation with Rafik and Pam, on the GNSO community consultation process about PDP 3.0, as well as the response to the public comment on the “Next Steps to Improve the Effectiveness of ICANN’s Multistakeholder Model”.

Regarding the public comment, the proposal is that the Small Team would be the drafter for a GNSO Council response, which centers on a factual update of the PDP 3.0 implementation. Following the closing of the public comment period, there should also be an opportunity for Brian Cute to meet with the Small Team to learn more about PDP 3.0 implementation.
