Proposed Agenda GNSO PDP 3.0
Dear Team, Below, please find the proposed agenda for the PDP 3.0 Small Team Meeting on Monday 10 June at 13:00 UTC. Welcome and roll call #6. Document expectations for WG leaders (Chairs/Co- Chairs/Leads) that outlines role & responsibilities as well as minimum skills / expertise required. Discussion on initial draft. #1. Terms of participation for WG members. Discussion of input received and next steps. AOB In preparation for the meeting, please review the latest documents on Slack for the two items above. In addition, to allow us to continue to make progress, please see the following “homework”: #2. Consider alternatives to open WG model: Review the latest draft on Slack, which incorporates feedback received on the 28 May call and also includes some of the factors that may come into play in determining which model is preferable. #14. Make better use of existing flexibility in PDP to allow for data gathering, chartering and termination when it is clear that no consensus can be achieved: Review the chartering and termination of PDPs sections in the WG Guidelines and consider whether sufficient flexibility has been provided and whether they continue to be fit for purpose (For drafting of PDP Working Group charters, see pp.62-65 and 71 of the GNSO Operating Procedures.
