Update on Improvement #14: Make better use of existing flexibility in PDP to allow for data gathering...
Dear all, As the lead for Improvement #14, I am sorry to inform you that we will miss the "Final Call Target Date", which is today 19 July. Below are the two outstanding proposed implementation steps and the links to the latest drafts: Review / finalize draft set of criteria and check-list - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NLk5GurwrVFAjY0foUGCNxfcaz_MfXYaBvZ-UdVg... Review charter template to see if additional sections/guidance is to be provided to reflect this point - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c69yMieH-9MCfhSelpb5vc8dxvIY_IzN/view With regard to 1 above, when I revisited the draft earlier this week, it struck me that the document still needed a bit of work. So Ariel and I have been working on some updates and revisions to try to make it more aligned with the data request form (template). With regard to 2 above, I have proposed some changes, not only in relation to Improvement #14 but also #12 and #17 as all these Improvements call for "Review charter template". Again, apologies for the delay but please review the latest drafts and provide feedback/comments asap on the list or in the Slack channel. If you believe we need to discuss further during our call, we can do so at next week's call and Ariel and I will be happy to walk you through the changes.
