The latest versions of the templates for D-4 (for conclusion) and E-1 (for discussion) can be found on and downloaded from the WG wiki space at: https://community.icann.org/x/-bfhAg. We have also uploaded a template for E-2 on the same page, although (as mentioned previously) it is not likely we will get to that till next week at the earliest.
