Dear WG members,

Following some discussion amongst the WG chairs, we are re-circulating the draft template for Charter Category B, Question 3 – in case the WG can complete its discussion on Cat B Q 2 today and so have time to begin deliberations on Q 3. This is the same document from 18 March (ie the last WG call before Singapore), with the additional input from NCSG as noted.

Both templates (Q 2 & 3) will be uploaded to the Adobe Connect chat room and the WG wiki for today as well.
