To facilitate discussion and review during tomorrow's meeting, could you please use the attached version that was circulated by Mary earlier today in which we've already attempted to incorporate some of the issues / questions for each of the charter questions as suggested by several of you. We hope that by focusing on identifying issues / questions in relation to each of the charter questions, instead of editing the charter questions themselves, the WG will be able to identify a clear path of discussion for each of these questions, instead of potentially getting stuck on the wording of the charter questions themselves. At the end of the process, the deliberations and recommendations to the charter questions should then provide any clarification or additions to the charter questions as agreed by the WG.

When providing edits to this document, please use track changes so it will be easier for staff to review which changes have been suggested.

Hello again everyone,

To assist in your review of the revised Mind Map, please see the attached Draft Grouping of Charter Questions document. As mentioned last week, staff has collated the various suggestions that a number of WG members made to try to clarify or note additional avenues for enquiry. We have summarized them and added them as bullet points to the original Charter Questions (as of 16 january). The revised Mind Map adds these bullet points as additional sub-questions in blue, on the right-hand side of the Mind Map.
