Dear WG members,

Please find attached a document that the Chairs hope will facilitate the group’s discussions of the various Charter questions under Category F (“Reveal”). The document divides the Charter questions in this Category F into sections corresponding to the WG’s previously-agreed definitions for “Publication” and “Disclosure”, viz.:

I. General

II. Disclosures to Third Parties other than Law Enforcement Authorities

III. Disclosures to LEA

IV. Publication in WHOIS

V. Termination of P/P Provider Contract/Accreditation

For each Section I-V, we have also included the following: the origin of the Charter question, and the WG’s previously-agreed sub-questions (from the Grouping of Charter Questions Document as of February 2014).

We hope that the attached will be of assistance as the WG begins to finalize its preliminary conclusions for this Category.

As such, we anticipate that the agenda for the 2 September WG meeting will be:

Roll Call/Updates to SOI

Continue discussions on Category F (using the attached document as reference)
