Please note that the group will have the opportunity to complete its deliberations on outstanding charter questions and related topics, including within Categories F and G, during the next few weeks as we revisit each of our preliminary conclusions in each charter category. As noted in the revised Work Plan, the aim is to have a Draft Initial Report ready for full WG discussion by mid/late December, with the goal of publishing the actual Initial Report for public comment prior to, and discussion during, the ICANN52 meeting in February 2015.

The following documents are also attached for your review: (1) a table comparing the current situation with that if the WG’s various recommendations are adopted; (2) Annex H of the EWG’s Final Report with recommendations concerning P/P providers; and (3) the WG’s preliminary conclusions in Categories A through E.

These documents, together with the Work Plan as well as the WG’s preliminary conclusions on Category F and notes on Category G, have all been uploaded to the WG wiki for this week as well: https://community.icann.org/x/6jbxAg.
