Dear Glen,

thank you for having transmitted this information to the constituencies and stakeholder groups.

Our schedule has slipped and we are therefore looking at submitting the "ALAC Statement on Privacy & Proxy Services Accreditation Issues" rather late. The ALAC met in Singapore and discussed the matter. The Statement that was drafted is now undergoing final review by the At-Large Community. These things take time.
We expect the Statement to be delivered to you for forwarding to the GNSO WG on this PDP by Thursday 24 April 2014.

With sincere apologies for the very late reply I hope that the ALAC Statement will be helpful to the Working Group in reaching consensus.
