A massive piece of work,
What caught my attention was the EWG recommendation to provide a basic "floor" of data protection protection based on best accepted practices of privacy policy. Including elements sourced from APEC and EU data
protection law.
Check pages 82 - 88 regarding the EWG recommendation on how RDS should deal with data protection. Though it is worthwhile to read the entire document.
