Dear WG members, Please find attached the updated documents (first presented as Sub Team 1¹s initial report a few weeks ago) from Sub Team 1. For Question 1, the Sub Team decided to propose some updated language for the relay escalation process (shown in ³redline² in the document). For Question 2, the Sub Team has updated its report/document following the WG¹s discussion, and its recommendations are highlighted in yellow in the attached document. Please note that while both documents have been circulated to the full Sub Team, not all Sub Team members have had the chance to comment on the latest language. Nevertheless, as the group¹s agreed intent was to update the original report documents following Sub Team review and WG discussion, and in view of the long holiday weekend in the United States, these documents are being circulated for your review now.
