Hello again everyone, Please find attached the latest draft summary document from Sub Team 3, who are working on the initial review of the public comments received for Annex E (the illustrative disclosure framework for IP rights-holders). As this is the first, preliminary report from the Sub Team, do note that this is a draft document only, and certain aspects of it may be updated and/or changed by the Sub Team as it proceeds with its analysis. During the update on the WG call on Tuesday, the Sub Team will go through this summary and highlight for the full WG aspects of its work for which it would welcome WG feedback.
