Based on Paul’s request staff has drafted some preliminary strawperson arguments to TQ A based on the discussion in meeting #1 last week. Staff has attempted to the best of our abilities to capture the discussion in some proposed language to answer the various parts of the questions. TQ A will be revisited in future meetings as at this point the answers are somewhat opaque and possibly even contradictory.
