Hi All,
Tx to Paul for his work!  Yesterday, Paul shared with me the edited 
draft report. He edited the findings and drafted the text for our 
"recommendation boxes."  I really appreciate all he has done - this is 
hard work!

I have now reviewed and added my thoughts and edits to the proposed 
recommendations. Both Paul and I used "track changes" so all is there to 
see and review. Please let us know what you think, and in particular, 
and in in light of the desire to close this process soon: What is it 
there in these remaining comments that impels us to consider an issue 
further and ask the WG to review and work on?

Quick question: after your review, do you see pressing issues we need to 
discuss?  If so, can we do it online or do we need a call later this 
week?  Please let us know your thoughts!
