  Marika Konings:as Mary said, at the end of the day, it is the responsibility of the WG to ensure that all comments are considered and reviewed. Staff can assist in making this easier through the tools that are provided, but that doesn 't take away the responsibility of the WG to ensure that  everything has been considered.
