Agenda: 1. Welcome 2. Overview of Small Team Assignment<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IJa1dQWpWeyDHJWejktHlbndxJU5tc8Rz87yT3fj...> from Council * Review the written input received on the Council’s threshold questions * Provide a detailed summary of the input received, taking into consideration the potential other sources that can inform the discussion - i.e. (but not limited to) INFERMAL study, EU NIS2 cooperation group, recommendation CC.1 * Provide a recommendation to the Council on how to best make progress on the topic of registration data accuracy, e.g., relaunch scoping team with updated assignment, request Issues Report, request additional study (including the recommended form and aim of the study), etc. 1. Discuss Small Team Lead · Paul McGrady volunteered to serve as small team lead (Thank you, Paul!) 4. Discuss Meeting Cadence · Small Team agreed to meet weekly on Thursdays at 13:00 UTC for 55 minutes. · Calls on Thursday, 5 June and Thursday, 12 June will be cancelled due to ICANN83 travel and conference. · Week of 2 June will be used for work on list/via google docs 5. Discuss Draft Plan for Delivering Assignment · High-level timeline: · Week of 12 May: · Establish Small Team Lead (done); · Establish meeting cadence (done); · Small Team Review of Staff Summary of SG/C responses<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NM8oLeo3JRJxiclCm4pGeS258imQQpOJnEv6xJog...> (in progress) · Weeks of 19 May, 26 May, and 2 June · Draft initial ideas and concepts for how to make progress · Where possible, initial ideas/concepts to include level of support from small team (in other words, are there already concepts that have strong, medium, or no support from the small team?) · Week of 9 June · Share initial progress update with GAC and Council during ICANN83 · Week of 30 June · Share small team proposal to Council during July Council meeting 6. Any other business · Small team largely agreed to allow observers to attend meetings. Similar to Council meetings, observers will not be given speaking rights or use of chat but are welcome to observe in real time.
