Please complete the Doodle poll ASAP (today) as requested via email, since the meeting slots fall at the beginning of next week (12-16 May). Once the kick-off meeting is scheduled, we’ll send a draft agenda. In addition, we would like to Call for Volunteers for the Chair and Vice-Chair(s) positions of this Small Team prior to the Kick-off Meeting. Please respond to this email if you would like to volunteer, or if you would like to nominate someone by Friday 9 May COB. We will put forward the volunteers to the list to be confirmed by non-objection.
