[Gnso-rdrs-sc] Metric request - Priority changes

Hello, In RDRS the registrar can now change the priority level of a request from Expedited to Standard (and presumably vice versa). Is ICANN tracking the rate of priority level changes? If so, can that please be included in our metrics reporting? And if not, maybe we can start, and also publish it?
