I have heard from some Rr colleagues that a request we recently added to the Impressions Doc is actually much more important than I had realized.

Request 18: when I complete a case (regardless of outcome), rather than saving and leaving me on that request screen, please send me back to the list of requests

Can the level of effort be evaluated so that we can prioritize this request? If it's low effort maybe the ICANN team can get started asap?
