During last week's meeting, I stated my position that there should be no charge for use of the RDRS (as opposed to some future post-RDRS system). Sarah asked me if that was a personal position or that of the ALAC. I replied that it was a personal position as I had not reviewed it with others.
I have since presented this to the At-Large policy advisory group and I have the unanimous support of the position that there should be no charges (as I have now posted to the new draft version of our report).
