Dear RDRS SC Members,

Thank you all for your continued contributions and timely engagement in the review process of our Findings Report.

To meet our collective deadline and to ensure we have sufficient time to address the remaining comments,particularly those that require group discussion, we will extend the duration of our next RDRS meeting to two hours (from 17:30 UTC to 19:30 UTC). This will allow us to make meaningful progress on the outstanding items and reduce the need for additional sessions.

During this upcoming meeting, we will focus primarily on comments related to Assignment 4, as these require consensus. Staff will continue to address comments on other chapters and assignments directly within the documents where feasible.

We understand that not every member will be available to stay for the whole two hours, but following this session, and depending on our progress, we will determine (in consultation with the SC) whether more meetings need to be added or extended to two hours.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you review the relevant documents and tables, and contribute as needed in line with the pending action items.
