Hi Standing Committee Members, For those of you not following the icann.org  Engagement Calendar, we have a general  RDRS webinar tomorrow, 8 August at 1600-1700 UTC.  The webinar will cover general information on RDRS -- how and why it was implemented, how it works, benefits to requestors, benefits to registrars, and a section on submitting a good RDRS request  presented by Ashley Heineman, RrSG Executive Committee Chair.
