On our 26 August call, the Standing Committee asked ICANN staff to share how long it takes to produce the monthly RDRS Usage Metrics Report.
Report creation is manual and requires adding images and creating the tables that show monthly numbers since launch for the relevant metrics, updating the list of participating registrars and DUMs calculation, as well as creating the summary of data table and csv. This takes approximately 20 hours to prepare each month.
If the Standing Committee were to agree to publishing the RDRS Usage Metrics Report on a quarterly basis, ICANN can still provide the Standing Committee with the summary of data CSV on a monthly basis. This table takes approximately 3 hours to prepare each month.
