Hi Farzaneh, I will take your questions back to the team for discussion and will provide a full response soon. Thank you Lisa, I didn't know there was going to be a survey. I recently joined this group, did we have the opportunity to weigh in on the questions? Did we map the purpose of each question to the feedback purpose? What we have here is a "feedback" mechanism and not a "survey". The purpose of receiving feedback has to be crystal clear. Only 1.97% of requestors answered the questions. This is not statistically significant at all to actually infer some kind of conclusion (I don't know what we want to do with this) P.5: "some data requested" "No data requested" "All data requested" this is very confusing. I had to read it a few times. What is meant here is "I received some of the data that I requested or all of it etc". But labeling as some data requested etc is confusing. Maybe we can just label it as: Some data received, No data received all data received (I understand that the purpose of RDRS is just the triage of the requests and it doesnt render data so my suggestion might not be good either) Q3: "Did the RDRS make it worse, better, or about the same to request nonpublic registration data, compared to doing so without the RDRS?" What are the metrics for defining "better" "same" etc? Do you mean was it easier than asking the registrar directly? Did it take less time to fill in the form? find the form? Were they more responsive? This is a vague question Q7: good that the feedback for this cycle is so poorly answered otherwise with over 40% of people saying they are extremely unlikely or unlikely to use this system one would think we are wasting our time here and they might not even need it! (you see what I did there? this is why the purpose of the feedback has to be crystal clear) I found the registrars' answers interesting. However, I don't know if reporting on feedback in this pilot and early stage of the process is 1) good for the success of the pilot 2) is useful. open to a conversation about this if we can have one. If we can't, then I just continue reading the reports!
