This is a kind reminder to review and provide your comments on the outline document of the RDRS final
report and the draft chapter on Assignment No.1 by Thursday, 23
January COB.
Important Documents for RDRS final report review:
As a quick overview:

Support staff has used all the information provided by the SC in the RDRS workbook as the foundation.

To enhance user-friendliness and provide more context for
non-SC member support staff, they have included additional high-level
trends (green text)
for the consideration of the RDRS SC.

Trends and recommendations drawn directly from the workbook are retained in black.
We kindly ask you to:

Suggest what should be kept, removed, modified or
added in both the outline and the draft chapter.

Note that the chapter includes the latest RDRS metrics from
the December Metrics Report. However, it will soon be updated with the 1-year RDRS usage metrics and graphs for completeness.

Be aware that anecdotal percentages or statistics provided in the workbook by SC members will/should also be double-checked during
the finalization process.

Please also note, now that we have started the drafting process, no further comments and suggestions should be made in the RDRS workbook. All suggestions/comments should be added directly
in the respective draft document.
We greatly appreciate your input and collaboration on this process. Your feedback is crucial to ensuring that the report aligns with SC expectations and presents a clear and comprehensive
picture.
