Hello Standing Committee Members,

I want to highlight a couple of Registration Data Request Service (RDRS) updates released this week:

(1) The ICANN Lookup Tool results page (https://lookup.icann.org) was updated to add additional text and a link to the RDRS login page in all available languages (Arabic, Simplified Chinese, English, French, Russian, Spanish). The new text and link instruct users who don't find the registration data they seek to log in to RDRS and submit a request if they have a legitimate interest in accessing nonpublic registrations data.

(2) We also released an updated "registrar concluded the review" email notification that highlights getting RDRS user feedback.  Both the subject line and email body have new language that should help to increase the number of survey responses we get for RDRS.

For those of you not following the icann.org  Engagement Calendar, we have a general  RDRS webinar tomorrow, 8 August at 1600-1700 UTC.  The webinar will cover general information on RDRS -- how and why it was implemented, how it works, benefits to requestors, benefits to registrars, and a section on submitting a good RDRS request  presented by Ashley Heineman, RrSG Executive Committee Chair. She will present information similar to  what was discussed at the ICANN80 session on good RDRS requests.  Please join if you can.
