As you know, the next Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale teleconference will take place on Monday, 23 October 2017 at 14:00 UTC for 60 minutes.

Our goal for this call is to review and finalize draft output which the full WG will consider at ICANN60.

Below is a proposed agenda:

1) Review draft purpose (v1 previously circulated, attached)
   - Common tasks: Add task for proxy-registered domain name?
   - Users who access data for this purpose
   - Data elements often needed for this purpose
   - Other requirements: third-party data source?
2) Develop one paragraph summary
   - Identify who, what, and why
   - Possible starting point:
This purpose enables contact between domain name registrants and small business owners, corporations, and domain name brokers wishing to purchase domain names, and for both parties to complete and confirm agreed domain name transfers from seller to buyer. This includes cases where a trademark owner wishes to acquire a domain name they believe may be infringing upon their trademark(s).
3) Plan to complete draft output by Thursday 26 October
4) Identify team members who will attend ICANN60 sessions:
   - Saturday 28 October and Wednesday 1 November
   - In person or remote
   - Volunteer to introduce the team's output?
5) AOB
