Hi everyone, my apologies for the delayed response (I think I missed a deadline that was Friday). In advance of the call I have included some input in the matrix. My updates were to alter “trademark holder” to be “IP holder” to include copyright holders as well, and to add law enforcement as another WHOIS user community that may use the system to address illegal activity impacting a business (on this 2^nd suggestion, I really defer to others on if it is out of the scope of our group and just thought I’d throw it out there).

As you know, the next Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale teleconference will take place on Monday, 23 October 2017 at 14:00 UTC for 60 minutes.

Our goal for this call is to review and finalize draft output which the full WG will consider at ICANN60.

Below is a proposed agenda:

1) Review draft purpose (v1 previously circulated, attached)
   - Common tasks: Add task for proxy-registered domain name?

3) Plan to complete draft output by Thursday 26 October
4) Identify team members who will attend ICANN60 sessions:
   - Saturday 28 October and Wednesday 1 November
   - In person or remote
   - Volunteer to introduce the team's output?
