To kick off discussion, I invite each of you to consider the EWG's definitions and reply to this list with any observations based on your own experiences. How closely do the EWG's definitions reflect your own experiences with Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale?

- What's confusing?
- What really needs to be fleshed out?

In considering this purpose definition, please try to set aside any opinions you may already have about the legitimacy of Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale as a specific purpose for registration data or directory services. Please also do not limit yourself to WHOIS as it is implemented today or to the minimum public data set previously agreed by this WG. Those of you who are experienced with Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale, please aim to educate the rest of this team about this purpose. Those who have not been directly involved with Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale in the past, please ask any questions you may have about this purpose. The better we can all understand what is meant by this purpose, the more effective our future WG deliberations can be.
