I looked through your draft and I think it looks great. The only thing I can think to add is potentially including the example from the privacy proxy situation -- i.e. using the WHOIS to determine how to contact the registrant, if their information is public and, if not, how to contact them either through the privacy proxy or through a legal contact (if necessary).Â
