Thanks for doing this Steve. I took this a step further and hopefully made it more consistent and less repetitive. If there are no objections, let’s discuss this on our call
today and make any final edits.
Bastian – I didn’t find your version. Please let us know if this works or if anything was left out.
Staff: Please have this available for posting in AC in the DT5 call today.

Subject: RE: [Gnso-rds-pdp-5] Draft Input Document
Fellow subteam 5 members,
Attached please find a compilation document in which I have integrated the material supplied by Farrell. I have attempted to place each item in a logical place
but I would be the first to acknowledge that the result is somewhat inconsistent and likely repetitive. I also apologize for the formatting inconsistencies. I hope the document gets the basic points across though.
I looked for the entry that Bastiaan referred to regarding “provide threat intelligence” but did not find it in either the Google doc or in any list message
that I could readily put my hands on. If whoever proposed this could step forward that may be helpful. In any case I share Bastiaan’s concern that this use case, though quite relevant to the overall project, may be outside the scope of this subteam and should
more properly be handled by another subteam. (That said, some overlap is probably inevitable.)
As noted in my previous message I will not be able to participate in any call at 1400 UTC tomorrow but perhaps what is attached is sufficient.

Thanks Lisa. I have that but there were subsequent messages referring to later edits and I did not know if these had been incorporated in a common document.
Perhaps not.
If no one else can do so I can try to incorporate Farrell’s and Bastian’s edits and circulate a consolidated text this evening. However as it turns out I will
be unable to attend a call tomorrow morning (1400 UTC) if that proves necessary.

I tried to give the doc some more structure by following the template format - I also included my feedback below in the form of comments in the doc
(No idea what others think, if necessary I can look into this later/tomorrow)

I do not know who it put there but as is now the Google doc introduces another purpose on page 2, i.e. ‘Provide services to clients to provide threat intelligence and guard against DNS system attacks.’

called ’security groups’ and ‘illegal groups’ don’t either…

I’m not sure if the chart was illustrative in the template or meant to be used in our inputs, but I do think helps to present the use cases provided in a visually digestible way.
