You will likely recognize all three of these so it probably just a matter of refreshing your memory. The first task on our template is to describe the 'Legal Actions' purpose succinctly in one paragraph. I encourage those of you who indicated that you have experience with this purpose to propose a first draft. You may find the excerpts from the EWG report that are included at the end of the template to be helpful. Feel free to use them or not in your drafting. Others may also prepare a first draft. All - please comment on the list in response to any drafts submitted. It would be great if we good get discussion going over the weekend. Chuck
