Dear privacy team,

Today's updated privacy team checklist is attached and also posted to the wiki at:

We will now be shifting gears to use the Privacy Team's Consolidated Summary PDF as the foundation for discussion.

Staff will add missing summaries when submitted to the consoldated PDF. Going forward, staff will maintain the master consolidated summary. The Word version of the consolidated summary is also available on the above wiki page.

As discussed in the 20 April WG call, all team members are asked to review consolidated summaries (especially those within your own area of expertise) to ensure that key passages of each doc have at least been identified. All team members are encouraged to discuss on-list which of the identified docs are most relevant to the question of privacy including data protection and why.

Those of you who drafted summaries are also asked to consider team feedback on your summary. Especially for docs which the team finds to be the most relevant to privacy, please draft a few concise bullet points summarizing the doc's relevance.

Unless you intend for email to be private, please send all feedback on privacy team summaries and relevance to this team's email list, gnso-rds-pdp-privacy@icann.org. For most, this happens automatically when you "reply all" to a list message, but please check as some email clients (depending on software and settings) do not.
