Approach to complete this team's task
I volunteer to summarize an additional Art 29 group document, Opinion 03/2013 on purpose limitation. It is 70 pages so i might not be finished by next week, but I shall try. 3) Summarization progress will be assessed during the *Tuesday 12 April WG call*, where we will agree on a plan to consolidate small team outputs into templates to be *presented to the full WG in April*.
4) *By the end of April*, the full WG will resume discussion of its work plan as well as approving a message to SO/ACs and SG/Cs to initiate early outreach, which may seek feedback on the completeness of inputs identified in the Issue Report and by the WG through this small team effort.

Yes, so perhaps it’s just me but I couldn’t track that down easily. Wasn’t that a fuller summary though? It’s not marked in the spreadsheet. I was thinking just calling out explicitly the purpose discussion for ourselves. However, if that’s needed or wouldn’t be helpful I’m all for less work! Dear WG Colleagues, I was hoping to of reviewed a few documents by now but i just haven’t had the time, for which i apologise. I go on Holiday tomorrow, watching the ‘Masters' which i know to many of you would not be a holiday of choice ;-) Am back on Tuesday and if there are still documents to be reviewed am more than happy to do so. I say again, I find it neither useful or edifying to go over, ad nauseam, purposes. Enough good minds have traveled that road. Let's cut to the chase and move this along. Look, it is arguable that 'purpose' was never defined in as many letters in context. But as an alternative, we can derive a decent meaning from the exhaustively documented use cases. To everything "there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" it goes; the believers among us will know the origin. We have the support of truly able staff capable of triangulating and developing a comprehensive listing for proffer. And those of us given to pernickety can cavil/suggest additions/emendations, as appropriate. I would suggest we spend time looking at the limitations, as could be construed from all these use cases we can find and develop a principle to address that.
