Dear Mark, 

Right so where is it irrelevant ? It is relevant - in this group, in other groups or even in the professional roles we are in !!!
And no it will not fall in the category of "laws vary around the world" as ICANN policies are horizontal in nature. Until specific, as they govern a common thread- gtlds ! 

I think there are other people in this world - and if u don't know, this list is subscribed to, deliverING to people who are not regularly seen in our calls or they are around the world. Part of the various communities etc. 
So lets respect all views. Is it difficult ?

Technical : This article is, was and will be relevant as due to the Non renewal of the the Contract between the UD gov. and ICANN, there may be legal implications on policy of function and rules may be changed / added etc. Well will see when it happens, but right now, I can speak for my self, some Information is always fruitful. 

 

 I kept my view, and you kept yours. There is a world beyond our respective worlds too and there are others in it :-)

BTW, my view, personally, I am proud to be working with a group of Intellectuals :-)
