Um, well, maybe you missed the conversation a couple threads back. But to make a long story real short, having classified broadband as a service with Title II obligations, the [U.S.] FCC has, in practice, accorded privacy rights to internet users.  That has direct implications for collection and use of PIIs, a little matter that for which this WG might have a mild interest.

[It also challenges the revealed wisdom of the status of user/consumer privacy in the American market but never you  mind that.] 

Ironically...maybe even funny, come to think.... Google flagged your mail as likely 'spam'!
