In follow-up to Action Item #6 (below) from today's WG call, attached
please find slides (see pages 4-7) further detailing this task.
We are seeking 5 WG members to each take one of the five triaged tables
of possible requirements (UP-, GA-, DA-, DE-, PR-) and review the values
that now appear in the Code (C) column. For each Code value, think about
whether that value should be adjusted and, if so, suggest a more
appropriate value from the list of Codes in Annex B.
For example, volunteers may choose to spend an hour or so on the phone
with staff to walk through your chosen table's Code column, or you may
provide staff with a redline markup of your table's Code column. Staff
will then consolidate all suggested Code adjustments within the next
redlined draft of the WG's Possible Requirements List.
In this way, triaged values that now appear in the Code column can be
quickly confirmed or adjusted as needed before the WG begins to use that
Code column to extract various subsets of PRs for deliberation. We would
like to complete this task within the next two weeks.
If you wish to volunteer to help with this task, please reply to this
list or email me (lisa@corecom.com) with any questions. If you volunteer,
don't forget to indicate which one of the five triaged table of possible
requirements (UP-, GA-, DA-, DE-, PR-) you prefer to cover.
