Subject: Next Generation RDS PDP WG 2nd Outreach Message for transmittal

Dear Jim & SSAC members,

Thank you for your prompt response to the RDS PDP WG’s first request for input and please find attached Outreach Message #2. To facilitate responses please do the following:

1. Send Outreach Message #2 to your group with a cover note that:

a. Asks group participants to read Outreach Message #2

b. Expresses your willingness to answer questions about the process

c. Requests that any additional possible RDS requirements be communicated to you by a specified date according to your needs along with the applicable charter question(s) and the name of the source document (if any).

2. Do whatever you think might be helpful to encourage your group’s responsiveness to the request.

3. Insert any feedback received into the response template

4. As applicable, send the completed response template to the WG list prior to the WG meeting in Helsinki on 28 June if possible or in that meeting at the latest.
