Dear All, As discussed during the meeting, the GNSO Council is currently considering if and when PDP F2F Working Group meetings can take place during ICANN57. The current thinking is that such a F2F meeting could take place on day 1 of ICANN57 (Thursday 3 November) in the form of a full day or half-day session. In order to assess the availability of WG members to participate in such a meeting either in person or remotely, please complete the following poll: http://doodle.com/poll/zezbbghrmwavtdma. This information will be used by the GNSO Council to make a determination if such a meeting will be scheduled and for which PDP WGs. Of course, we know that at this stage it may be difficult for you to confirm your attendance, but hopefully by capturing the intent we’ll get a rough idea of the availability of WG members to potentially participate in such a meeting.
