at which time the present Review WG will be disbanded? After the board (or OEC) will have accepted the final report?

With respect to Res. 4 of the motion I'm not sure whether time is appropriate to call for volunteers now. It should be depending on "concerning issues" being identified. It may be more attractive to volunteer if you know of a specific issue to manage.

1. How much time should there be between reviews? (The Options paper suggests that the next one will start no later than June 2021); and
2. What if, anything, could be done to make the process more efficient and effective?
