I suggest to swap agenda items 4. and 5.

Regarding charter for Recs 26-29 I have the following questions/remarks:

1. Is the reference (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/strategic-engagement-2013-10-10-en) made in the strategic alignment still valid?
2. Under "Solution", Rec. 26, 5. : "Do you participate in..." rather than "Do you believe you are participating in..."??
3. Rec 26, 6.: seems to be just one question (not 2)
4. Rec 27: I wonder whether reference should be made to the future potential impact of GDPR implementation (could also be done under WG determination)
5. WG Determination, Rec. 26: last sentence seems to be not complete
