Hi Wolf-Ulrich,
 
The questionnaire is not online but was sent directly to the chairs of SO/AC/nomcom and board for distribution.
James sent that in council list and asked the council to share with their respective group and discussing if GNSO council should work on a separate answer from the council. Maybe Marika can give some insight if there is anything ongoing. 
as you may see in the questionnaire, we are using the wording SO/AC/groups in each question and that refers to
"SO – ccNSO, GNSO, ASO
AC – ALAC, GAC, RSSAC, SSAC
Groups – ICANN Board, ICANN Staff, NomCom, Stakeholder Group or Constituency, RALO"

Does it refer to SO/ACs as a whole only or to SGs/Cs as well?
