  Amr Elsadr:My impression is that this recommendation is not creating additional requirements for SOIs being posted, but only linking those that are required to be linked to the (centralized) membership lists. I think Wolf-Ulrich is saying the same thing.

  Marika Konings:Could an interim solution be to add a field asking people to list previous leadership positions held?

  Marika Konings:and what is considered a leadership position, that may also require some definition?

  Marika Konings:for example, is being an appointee to Nom Com a leadership position?
