Dear Data Sub Team Members,

Thanks to those who completed the Doodle. Although not everyone can join for all of the time slots, staff suggests that we proceed with the meeting times as suggested in the Doodle to ensure that we can finalize the remaining surveys. In addition, staff suggests adding a time slot on Monday, 18 June at 1700 UTC for 90 minutes. Please let us know if you cannot meet at that time. We think we may need this additional time as we still have 3 surveys to finalize (see links below). Here are the upcoming meeting times and suggested work items:

Wednesday, 13 June, 1600 UTC, 60 minutes (reduced time to avoid conflicting with the Documents Sub Team) – Finalize Registrar survey

Friday, 15 June, 1600 UTC, 90 minutes – Begin Registrants survey review

Monday, 18 June, 1700 UTC, 90 minutes – Finalize Registranst survey; begin Potential Registrants survey review
